Dear Dr. Wadler, I am so pleased at the way my teeth turned out after wearing the SureSmile wires. It is a great system. I remember when I had regular braces and everytime I had to get them tightened, which was every few weeks, I had so much pain and could not eat for a couple of days. With SureSmile that was not the case, I never experienced any pain. They were also a better alternative to traditional braces because they did not show as much. I did not have the "metal mouth" look. It was also better in the fact that I only had to wear the braces for a year. My teeth look great and I would recommend SureSmile to anyone who is considering braces.
